We reserve the right to decline any project order, and there is no obligation on our part to accept every request.
Payment for the agreed-upon project is expected in advance, with a minimum deposit of 50%.
Upon your commitment to a project, you are responsible for providing essential information in a timely manner.
Should the project exceed the initially estimated timeframe or if there are alterations to your original instructions, we retain the right to adjust the pricing accordingly.
Once work has commenced on a project, refunds are not available.
The use or distribution of any preliminary sketches, mock-ups, or previews provided by us before the final product is completed is strictly prohibited without our explicit consent, and may result in a dispute.
Projects must be submitted in the specified file format to be processed.
Project files will not be included with the order unless you opt to purchase them separately.
All communication should be channeled through your support request; direct contact with our employees is not permitted. This protocol is in place to maintain control over all transactions related to your request.
In the event of any breach of these terms, we reserve the right to cease our services and cancel any associated payments.
